About This Two-Day Tour
This is the definitive private two-day D-Day and cultural tour from Paris for American families and history enthusiasts. Covering the full arc of the Allied landings on June 6, 1944, you will walk the beaches where American soldiers fought, explore the German Atlantic Wall defenses, and pay your respects at the American Cemetery overlooking Omaha Beach.

Practical Information
What to Wear
Good walking shoes and a wind/waterproof jacket are essential at the northern coast of France. In winter months, bring extra layers. The minibus has plenty of space for bags and coats.
Weather
We operate in all weather conditions. If the forecast is severe, we can suggest an alternative date where possible. The Normandy coast can be windy and cool even in summer.
Drive Time
Approximately 3 hours each way from Paris. Your guide stops for coffee & croissants on Day One departure, and a refreshment break on the return to Paris.
Meals
Lunch is flexible — enjoy a traditional Norman restaurant, local bistro, or picnic option. All meals are at your expense. We can recommend restaurants in advance.
