From Paris you can reach Belleau Wood in about 1 h 15, the Somme and Vimy Ridge in about 2 hours and Bastogne in about 3 h 45. Our private battlefield tours cost €1,000 to €1,600 per group of 1–7 for a day, and €2,500 for the two-day Battle of the Bulge tour with a night in Luxembourg.

Winter offer: all 4 tours are 20% off for tour dates from 1 November 2026 to 28 February 2027, from €800 per group. Winter prices and opening times

The battlefields of the First World War begin barely an hour from Paris. Belleau Wood, where the 4th Marine Brigade fought in June 1918, is the closest; the Somme and the Canadian memorial at Vimy Ridge are about two hours north.

Bastogne, in the Belgian Ardennes, is the farthest day trip we run. It is where the 101st Airborne held out in December 1944, and where Easy Company’s foxholes can still be seen in Jack’s Woods.
