PROPOSED ITINERARY

| Reims Cathedral | Visit the famous cathedral where the French kings were crowned and learn about her past |
| Champagne Taittinger | Visit and tasting at the famous house Taittinger. Learn about Champagne making and walk the oldest cellars in the region that saved lives of many during WW1 |
| Traditional lunch | Traditional lunchwith great local food or sandwiches in the car (can be decided on the day) |
| Fort Pompelle | Museum and WW1 fortress defending Reims city |
| Sightseeing and stop in the vineyards | Drive through the picturesque route, learn about the Champagne wine and working in the vineyards. As well as about the dark days during WW1 |
| La Main de Massige | WW 1 trenches that were forgotten till 2008 when reconstruction works began. Today it is the most authentic site of WW1 trenches in the Europe. Some movies and documentaries were shot here. |

Useful informations
Appropriate clothing ! Good clothes and cofortable, warm walking shoes. Visits of some castles and wine cellars might be a chilly experience due to the constant temperatures around 10°C (50°F). Take an extra bag with clothes into the car - the van is spacious !
We operate in any weather conditions such as rain, wind or for. In a case of a very bad weather we can reccommend an alternative day if possible. If you can, do not leave the Champagne WW1 tour to your last day of stay - this will give you the flexibility to move the tour for a better experience.
